This notice explains what happens to the details you share with Tetraxis through this website. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Tetraxis is run by Tais Silva in Dublin, Ireland. For anything about your data, write to tais@tetraxis.co.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, what you do, website if you add one, and your message. We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this site.

Why we use it

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and if we end up working together, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form, and the steps needed before a contract you ask us for.

We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

A few services help us run the site and reply to you. They only process your details on our behalf:

• Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the form.
• Zoho Mail, where your message reaches us and we reply.

Some of these providers may store data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, we keep project emails for as long as the law requires us to keep company accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or take them elsewhere. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Just email tais@tetraxis.co and we'll answer within one month.

If you're not happy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.
